What is Smart Parking?

Smart parking system allows traditional parking lots to operate 24/7 without parking management
personnel. It also comes with remote monitoring and on-site dispatch service.

Smart Parking System (Unmanned)

It may be either ‘gate type’ or ‘flap type’ based on parking lot shape and access control. We can suggest the optimal solution for its field condition.

  • Gate type
    Able to entrance and exit, commonly used in office / shopping mall buildings

    • LPR System (License Plate Recognition)
      Access control possible by detecting license plate number with cameras

    • Ticket Vending System
      Ticketing is necessary when entering parking lot

  • Flap Type
    Controlling each parking space, NICE is the only flap type provider in Korea

    • lap-type System
      When parking a car, sensor detects metal and flap comes up. After paying the parking fare, the flap goes down and customer can drive away
